12. Approve Contract No.MA 106-499159 with R.J. Noble Company for the purchase of asphalt\nconcrete and other paving materials for the Public Works Department, in the amount of\n$2,387,461 for an initial one-year term, with up to four optional one year renewals, for a\ncumulative amount of $11,937,305 plus applicable sales tax, quarterly indexed price adjustments\nbased on the California Statewide Crude Oil Price Index and Consumer Price Index increases for\nnon-indexed items/fees applicable to renewals, and a 15% contingency; and authorize the\nPurchasing Agent, or designee, to execute all contractual documents and to exercise the renewal\noptions, in accordance with Invitation for Bid No. 9884.
