18. Approve the Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with the County of Orange and the City of\nGarden Grove for School Mobile Assessment Resource Team (SMART); accept funding, in the\namount of $305,732, under the Juvenile Justice Crime Prevention Act; and authorize the Chief of\nPolice, or designee, to execute the MOU and all required documents and take the necessary\nactions to implement required documents.
