22. AMENDMENT TO SERVICE PROVIDER AGREEMENT DOWNLOAD\nFOR BUILDING AND PLANNING SERVICES\nRecommendations:\n1. Authorize the City Manager to execute a sixth\namendment to Agreement #22-49 with CSG Consultants,\nInc. to increase the contract appropriation by $165,000\nfor a total not-to-exceed amount of $495,000 for\ncontinued building and planning services; and\n2. Find this action is not a “project” subject to the California\nEnvironmental Quality Act (CEQA) pursuant to Section\n15378 of the CEQA Guidelines.\nD. REGULAR BUSINESS. This section is for a wide variety of matters generally worthy\nof separate discussion such as the consideration of ordinances for introduction,\nresolutions, extraordinary policy and business matters, staff reports and\nrecommendations. The presiding officer will take public comment on each Regular\nBusiness item. Each speaker shall have up to three minutes for each agendized Regular\nBusiness item, as may be shortened or extended, or a cumulative limit on the time for all\npublic speakers may be imposed, at the discretion of the Presiding Officer. Pursuant to\nCalifornia Government Code section 54953(b)(3), any member of the public wishing to\naddress the legislative body directly pursuant to California Government Code section\n54954.3 may do so at each teleconference location at the time the item is considered.
