24. FORMATION AND APPOINTMENT OF AN AD HOC DOWNLOAD\nCOMMITTEE FOR PROPOSED AFFORDABLE\nHOUSING PROJECT AT THE NEIGHBORHOOD\nCONGREGATIONAL CHURCH\nRecommendations:\n1. Establish an Ad Hoc Committee comprised of two City\nCouncil Members to work with staff and Related\nCalifornia regarding the evaluation of the funding request\nassociated with the approved affordable housing project\nat Neighborhood Congregational Church;\n2. Appoint two City Council Members to serve on the Ad\nHoc Committee;\n3. Direct the Ad Hoc Committee to work with staff and\nRelated California and return to the City Council with\nrecommendations regarding the funding request as early\nas July 7, 2026; and\n4. Provide that the Ad Hoc Committee shall automatically\nsunset upon the City Council's consideration and\ndisposition of Related California's funding request, unless\notherwise directed by the City Council.
