7. AMENDMENT TO SERVICE PROVIDER AGREEMENT DOWNLOAD\nFOR LANDSCAPE MAINTENANCE SERVICES\nRecommendations:\n1. Authorize the City Manager to amend Agreement No. 20-\n120 with Parkwood Landscape Maintenance, Inc., to\nextend the term of the agreement through October 31,\n2026, and to add an additional $70,000 for services\nperformed from July 1, 2026, through October 31, 2026;\nand\n2. Determine that the action consists of organizational or\nadministrative activities of the City that will not result in\na direct or indirect physical change in the environment\nand therefore does not constitute a “project” within the\nmeaning of the California Environmental Quality Act.\n(Public Resources Code Section 21065; 14 CCR Section\n15378(b)(5).)
