10. AMENDMENT FOR EMPLOYER BENEFIT BROKER DOWNLOAD\nSERVICES\nRecommendations:\n1. Authorize the City Manager to execute Amendment No. 1\nto the Consultant Services Agreement with The Baldwin\nGroup (formerly operating as Burnham Benefits\nInsurance Services), subject to approval as to form by the\nCity Attorney, to ratify and confirm the employee benefits\nbrokerage services provided since December 31, 2023, to\nextend the term of the Agreement through December 31,\n2026, for total compensation under the Agreement and\nAmendment No. 1 not to exceed $225,000, and authorize\nthe City Manager to extend the term for an additional one\n(1( year at the same annual rate if neccessary; and\n2. Find that the recommended action is not subject to the\nCalifornia Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) pursuant\nto Section 15378 of the CEQA Guidelines.
