CC 18. Amendments 2 & 3 to CliftonLarsonAllen LLP (CLA) Agreement\nRecommendation(s):\n1. Approve a not to exceed amount of $558,000 to be paid to CliftonLarsonAllen LLP\n2. (CLA) for all work and services described in the Scope of Services.\n3. Approve Amendment No. 2 of the CliftonLarsonAllen LLP (CLA) professional auditing\nservices agreement extending the term of the agreement by 1 year to June 30, 2026.\n4. Update Exhibit “B” of the Schedule of Pricing & Contract Term to increase FY2025/26\npricing to a not to exceed amount of $140,000 for all services.\n5. Approve Amendment No. 3 of the CliftonLarsonAllen LLP (CLA) professional auditing\nservices agreement extending the term of the agreement by 1 year to June 30, 2027.\n6. Authorize the City Manager or his designee to finalize and execute the terms and\nconditions of the proposed Second and Third Amendments.\nOn March 22, 2022, the City awarded the professional auditing services agreement to\nCliftonLarsonAllen LLP (CLA) through a competitive bid. These services included an\nAnnual Comprehensive Financial Report (ACFR) and its component unit financial statements\nLancaster Community Services Foundation, California Choice Energy Authority and the\nLancaster Choice Energy. Also in 2022, the Government Accounting Standards Board\n(GASB) released new standards resulting in an additional need for services provided by\nCLA. On May 07,2024, the Council approved Amendment No 1, which amended the scope\nof services under the original agreement.
