Lancaster Maintenance District Annexations 2026\nRecommendation(s):\nAdopt Resolution No. ____, Announcing the Results of an Assessment Ballot\nProcedure Public Hearing, Ordering the Annexation of Territory into the Lancaster\nMaintenance Districts,\nand Ordering the Levy and Collection of Assessments Therein.\nThe Lancaster Maintenance Districts, separately known as the Lancaster Lighting\nMaintenance District, the Landscape Maintenance District and the Drainage Maintenance\nDistrict (“Districts”) were formed to provide a dedicated funding source for the maintenance,\noperations, servicing and installation of public lighting, public landscaping and public\nAnnexations has been provided a waiver and consent, requesting annexation into the\nDistricts.
