NB 2. Award of Funding Under the Vandalism Prevention & Community Enhancement Grant\nProgram Notice of Funding Availability (NOFA 876-26)\nRecommendation(s):\n1. Approve funding awards under the Vandalism Prevention & Community Enhancement\nGrant Program (NOFA 876-26) in a total amount not to exceed $383,001 for three eligible\nprojects.\n2. Authorize the City Manager, or his designee, with concurrence of the City Attorney, to\nfinalize, negotiate and execute grant agreements and related documents necessary to\nimplement the program.\n876-26 for the Vandalism Prevention & Community Enhancement Grant Program. The\nprogram was established to support projects that prevent and deter vandalism, improve\ncommunity safety, enhance commercial corridors, strengthen community serving facilities,\nand advance the City's economic development and revitalization goals. Applications were\nevaluated based on project need, effectiveness of the proposed improvements, community\nbenefit, project readiness, and cost effectiveness.\nCOUNCIL AGENDA
