National League of Cities 2026 Summer Board and Leadership Meeting –\nLouisville, KY – July 8-10, 2026 The City Council will consider authorizing\nthe attendance of any Council Member who wishes to attend the 2026\nNational League of Cities 2026 Summer Board and Leadership Meeting to\nbe held in Louisville, Kentucky, from July 8-10, 2026. The Summer Board\n& Leadership Meeting brings together National League of Cities Board of\nDirectors, Federal Advocacy Committees, and Member Councils to\ndiscuss policy priorities, strategic goals and address emerging issues\naffecting municipalities.\nRecommendation: That the City Council authorize the attendance and finance\nof any Council Member that attends the 2026 National League of Cities 2026\nSummer Board and Leadership Meeting to be held in Louisville, Kentucky, from\nJuly 8-10, 2026.\nStaff Report
