Public Hearing to Consider Resolutions Adopting Fiscal Year 2026-27 Annual City,\nHousing Authority, and Successor Agency Budgets\nRECOMMENDATION:\nAgency to the former Redevelopment Agency hold a joint public hearing to consider\nadoption of the Fiscal Year 2026-27 Proposed Budgets. After closing the public\nhearing, staff recommends the following:\n1. Acting as the City Council, individually adopt the following Resolutions, in\norder:\nFiscal Year 2026-2027 Annual Budget; and\nAdopting the Annual Appropriations Limit for Fiscal Year 2026-2027.\n2. Acting as the Housing Authority Board of Directors, adopt Resolution titled: A\nResolution of the El Cajon Housing Authority Adopting the Fiscal Year\n2026-2027 Budget.\n3. Acting as the Successor Agency to the former Redevelopment Agency Board of\nEl Cajon as the Successor Agency to the El Cajon Redevelopment Agency\nAdopting the Fiscal Year 2026-2027 Budget.\nADMINISTRATIVE REPORTS:
