6. Approval of Tentative Agreement with the El Cajon Municipal Employees'\nAssociation (MEA) and Adoption of Resolution Approving Memorandum of\nUnderstanding with MEA\nRECOMMENDATION:\nThat the City Council approves the tentative agreement reached with the El Cajon\nMunicipal Employees’ Association (MEA), and adopts the next Resolution, in order,\napproving the Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with the MEA substantially in\nthe form as presented at this meeting, and authorizing the City Manager to execute\nthe final MOU with such changes as approved by the City Manager, provided that no\nchange shall be made contrary to the terms of the tentative agreement.
