12.E. Historic Preservation Technical Assistance and Staff Training\nProfessional Services Agreement\nRecommendation: Approve and authorize the City Manager to execute a\nProfessional Services Agreement with GPA Consulting to provide technical\nassistance and staff training related to compliance with provisions of the\nCity’s Historic Preservation ordinance for a three-year period for a fee not to\nexceed $60,000 for fiscal year 2022-23, and not to exceed $50,000 for fiscal\nyears 2023-24 and 2024-25; and adopt Resolution No. 2023-29 amending\nthe Fiscal Year 2022-23 Budget with a supplemental appropriation for the\nexpenditure of $66,000 in funds for Historic Preservation Technical\nAssistance and staff training.
