The Mitigated Negative Declaration and Mitigation Monitoring and\nReporting Program were posted for a 30-day review period starting March 3,\n2023, and ended on April 3, 2023. Hazardous Wastes Sites: The project\nsite is not identified on any of the lists enumerated under Government Code\nSection 65952.5. Detailed actions and noticing requirements are covered in\nthe staff report and supporting documents.
