12. Professional Services Agreement with NBS Government Finance Group, DBA\nNBS\nRecommendation: Approve and authorize the City Manager to execute a\nProfessional Services Agreement with NBS Government Finance Group, DBA NBS,\nin an amount not to exceed $150,000 for a seven-year term, and to make any minor\nmodifications to the agreement resulting from final negotiations. The agreement\nprovides for quarterly administrative services, interim arbitrage rebate analysis\nreports, continuing disclosure reports, debt issuance reporting requirements for CFD\nNo. 2001-1, CFD No. 98-1, and the City's 2015 Certificates of Participation (COPs),\nas well as other related services and reports as requested by the City.
