16. Landscape Maintenance Agreement with SGD Enterprises, DBA Four Seasons\nLandscaping Service, for Landscape Maintenance of Common Benefit Areas\nwithin Lighting Act District No. 22\nRecommendation:\n1. Award a five-year Landscape Maintenance Agreement to SGD Enterprises,\nMaintenance of Common Benefit Areas within LMD District 22 in the amount not\nto exceed $2,670,250, with the option for two (2) additional two-year extensions\nresulting in a potential contract term of nine (9) years in an amount not to\nexceed $5,217,324; and\n2.
