14. Landscape Maintenance Agreements for Citywide Tree Maintenance and On-\ncall Emergency Tree Services within Landscape Lighting Act Districts No. 22,\n24, 27, and 32\nRecommendation:\n1. Award a five-year Landscape Maintenance Agreement to Newbury Park Tree\nService (NPT) for citywide tree maintenance in an amount not to exceed\n$1,643,262, with the option for two (2) additional two-year extensions, resulting in\na potential contract term of nine (9) years in an amount not to exceed\n$3,144,406; and\n2. Award a five-year Landscape Maintenance Agreement to United Pacific\nServices, Inc. (UPS), for citywide tree maintenance in an amount not to exceed\n$3,050,708 with the option for two (2) additional two-year extensions, resulting in\na potential contract term of nine (9) years in amount not to exceed $5,837,573;\nand\n3. Authorize the City Manager to execute the subsequent two contract extensions\nof two (2) years each.
