8.4 AS-NEEDED TRAFFIC ENGINEERING SERVICES – APPROVAL OF AMENDMENT TO\nON-CALL PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AGREEMENT FOR W.G. ZIMMERMAN\nENGINEERING, INC. FOR PROFESSIONAL ENGINEERING CONSULTING SERVICES- It\nis recommended the City Council accept the proposal from W.G. Zimmerman Engineering,\nInc. for professional consulting services; authorize the City Manager to approve an\naddendum to the existing On-Call Professional/Technical Services Agreement for\nprofessional engineering consulting services to W.G. Zimmerman Engineering, Inc. with a\nbudget of $150,000 per year for a two-year term; and authorize the City Manager to\napprove an increase to the budget amount up to 20 percent of the authorized contract\namount per year, and to extend the amendment term one additional year with a $150,000\nbudget.\n8.4 Traffic Engineering Services
