Approve a Memorandum of Agreement with the San Gabriel Valley Council\nof Governments for Participation in the San Gabriel Valley Regional Food\nRecovery Program (2026-2028)\nRecommendation: That the City Council:\n1. Approve the Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) (2026-2028) with the San\nGabriel Valley Council of Governments (SGVCOG); and\n2. Authorize the City Manager to execute the Agreement in such final form as\napproved by the City Attorney.
