10B. Public hearing to consider an application to modify a previously approved agricultural\npermit (AG-006986-2024 and APPEAL-007854-2025/Resolution No. 2025-30) to\nestablish a community garden, allow limited small and large animal keeping, small-scale\nagricultural production, and associated agricultural uses on the subject property as\naccessory to the single-family residential use located at 3563 Fortuna Ranch Road.\nEnvironmental Considerations: The project has been determined to be exempt from\nenvironmental review pursuant to California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA)\nGuidelines Sections 15301, 15303, and 15304, which exempt operation of existing uses,\nconstruction of limited new small structures, and minor alterations of land on private\nproperty, respectively. The project meets these criteria. None of the exceptions in\nSection 15300.2 of the CEQA Guidelines apply, and no historical resources will be\nimpacted by the proposed development.
