J.12 American Medical Response (AMR) License Agreement\nRecommendation: That the City Council\n1. Adopt Resolution 2026-066:\na. Authorizing the City Manager to execute the License Agreement between the City and AMR generating $11,161.20 per\nmonth for the first six months of fiscal year 2027, and then increasing by CPI-U each January 1st, thereafter.\nb. Authorizing the City Treasurer to amend the fiscal year 2027 budget accordingly.
