Authorizing the City Manager to execute an amendment to the Professional Services Agreement with California Office\nCleaning, Inc., for Citywide Janitorial services, for Fiscal Year 2026/2027, and subsequent years, increasing the\ncontract by $10,000 for a total not-to-exceed amount of $137,880.\nb. Approving a Budget Appropriations increase in the amount of $10,000 for FY 2026/27, and subsequent years.\nc. Authorizing the City Treasurer to amend the FY 2026/27 Adopted budget accordingly.
