J.15 City Manager Employment Contract Amendment\nRecommendation: That the City Council\n1. Adopt Resolution 2026-085:\nBeach and Alyssa Noelle Maxson Muto to reflect a base salary increase of 4% to $286,000, a $3,750.00 adjustment in\ndeferred compensation to an annual total of $28,250.00, and an increase in the technology reimbursement to $100 a\nmonth, for an annual total of $1,200.00. The amended employment agreement will also provide for severance in\namount equal to twelve (12) months of base salary.\nb. Amend the Salary and Compensation Plan to reflect the compensation changes contained in the Second Amendment\nto the Employment Agreement.
