Approve Amendment No. 2 to Contract Services Agreement with Thirkettle Corp dba Aqua\nMetric Sales Company for services for water division AMI meter system maintenance extending\none year to FY 2023-24 not to exceed $52,302 (Strategic Plan Item 47 - IMCIF)\nCITY RECOMMENDATION: 1. Approve Amendment No. 2 to the Contract Services\nAgreement with Thirkettle Corp dba Aqua Metric Sales Company for the AMI Meter System\nAnnual Maintenance in the amount not to exceed $52,302.00; and, 2. Authorize the City\nManager or his designee to execute Amendment No. 2 with Thirkettle Corp dba Aqua Metric\nSales Company including minimal and/or non-substantive changes.
