J.7 Solana Beach Coastal Rail Trail (CRT) Maintenance District - Fiscal Year 2026-27\nRecommendation: That the City Council\n1. Adopt Resolution 2026-072 initiating the proceedings for the annual levy of assessments within the Coastal Rail Trail\nMaintenance District for Fiscal Year 2026/27.\n2. Adopt Resolution 2026-073 approving the Preliminary Engineer's Report for proceedings of the annual levy of assessments\nwithin Coastal Rail Trail Maintenance District.\n3. Adopt Resolution 2026-074 declaring intention to provide for the annual levy and collection of assessments in Coastal Rail\nTrail Maintenance District and setting a time and date for a public hearing for July 15, 2026.\n4. Authorize the City Treasurer to amend Fiscal Year 2027 budget by increasing Interfund Transfers from Measure S by $3,460.
