K. Consider authorizing publishing a General Plan Conservation and Open Space Element Survey per City Council Policy No. 2. (Bobbett) Recommendation: 1) Receive and file a report on the City’s community engagement process on the update to the General Plan’s Conservation and Open Space Element; and, 2) Review, and if deemed acceptable, authorize Staff to publish the General Plan Conservation and Open Space Element Survey in July 2026 to the general public per City Council Policy No. 2.
