L. Consider awarding a Professional Services Agreement to Geo-Logic Associates, Inc. for professional engineering and design services for the Deep Dewatering Well Permanent Power Project. (Vitkus) Recommendation: 1) Award a Professional Services Agreement (PSA) to Geo-Logic Associates, Inc. (GLA) for engineering and design services for the Deep Dewatering Well (DDWs 1-6) Permanent Power Project (Capital Improvement Project 8308) in the amount of $208,000 with a 15% contingency of $31,200 for a total fee not-to-exceed $239,200; and, 2) Authorize the Mayor to execute the PSA in a form approved by the City Attorney Agenda Report
