PROJECT NOS. 7359/7607 – CONTRACT AMENDMENT NO. 1 – PROGRESSIVE DESIGN BUILD SERVICES FOR HERMOSILLO PARK REHABILITATION AND STORM WATER CAPTURE INFILTRATION PROJECT, ENGINEER'S REPORT NO. 26-26 Staff recommend City Council approve Amendment No. 1 to the Progressive Design-Build Agreement with Reyes Construction, Inc. in the amount of $467,838 for design of Hermosillo Park Rehabilitation and Storm Water Capture Infiltration Project, Projects Nos. 7359 and 7607; and authorize the City Manager to execute the amendment and future amendments, provided there is funding in the budget and it is within his signing authority, on behalf of the City, in a form approved by the City Attorney.
