5. RESOLUTION 26-41 APPROVING AGREEMENTS FOR THE ELDERLY NUTRITION PROGRAM FOR FISCAL YEAR 2026/27 Staff recommend City Council: NORWALK APPROVING AGREEMENTS WITH THE LOS ANGELES COUNTY AGING & DISABILITIES DEPARTMENT FOR THE ELDERLY NUTRITION PROGRAM FOR FISCAL YEAR 2026/27, in the amount of $1,060,893 and b. approve the agreement with Trio Community Meals, LLC, in the amount of $710,000, to provide catered meals from July 1, 2026, through June 30, 2027; and authorize the City Manager to execute the agreements, and any additional amendments, provided there is funding in the budget, on behalf of the city, in forms approved by the City Attorney.
