9. Ongoing Service Agreements and Blanket Purchase Orders for FY 2026- 27 in Excess of $50,000 for Various Departments Recommendation - Pursuant to El Segundo Municipal Code § 1- 7- 9(A), waive competitive bidding and approve the following for FY 2026-2027: 1. Continued purchase of gasoline and diesel fuel for City vehicles and equipment using spot market purchasing for an amount not to exceed $390,000. 2. Amendment to Agreement No. 5861 with Riester Pacific, Inc. for the City's economic development and hospitality and tourism marketing services for an amount not to exceed $350,000. 3. Amendment to Agreement No. 7358 with Fire Safety Advisors for professional plan check services for an amount not to exceed $300,000. 4. Amendment to Agreement No. 6982 with CSG Consultants, Inc. to provide on-call professional planning services to support the Planning Division for an amount not to exceed $250,000 during the two-year term of the agreement. 5. Amendment to Agreement No. 6984 with Sagecrest Planning and Environmental, inc. to provide on-call professional planning services to support the Planning Division for an amount not to exceed $250,000 during the two-year term of the agreement. 6. Amendment to Agreement No. 3381 with All Cities Management Services, Inc. for ongoing services to provide crossing guard services for the El Segundo School District for an amount not to exceed $197,200. 7. Amendment to Agreement No. 6423 with Charles Abbot Associates Inc. to provide solid waste and recycling compliance support services for the Public Works Department for an amount not to exceed $175,000. 8. Amendment to Agreement No. 6467 with Waterline Technologies, Inc. for the purchase of all pool chemicals needed to maintain the City’s recreational aquatic facilities for an amount not to exceed $175,000. 9. Continued professional services with Wittman Enterprises, LLC, under amendment 2772D, for Fire Department ambulance transport billing and collections, and the distribution of privacy practice notices, for an amount not to exceed $110,000.
