15. Informational Summary of Draft Program Environmental Impact Report for
the City’s Capital Improvement Program
Recommended Action: Staff recommends the City Council receive this
informational report summarizing the findings of the Draft Program Environmental
Impact Report (Draft PEIR) prepared by the City’s consultant, Michael Baker
International (MBI), for the City’s Capital Improvement Program (CIP), with the
City serving as lead agency in compliance with the California Environmental
Quality Act (CEQA).
