Recommended Action: The City Council Liaisons to the Undergrounding Program
Advisory Committee (UPAC) recommend that the City Council appoint Michel
Maronde to UPAC as voting member to serve the balance of a vacant term
starting July 7, 2026, and ending on June 30, 2027.
