Approval of Encroachment Permit 25-049 – Request to Install Grasscrete Hardscape Material and Other Public Improvements within the Public Right- of-Way at 1612 Stratford Way; Applicant: Paul Rael Recommended Action: Staff recommends that the City Council adopt a Resolution (Attachment A) memorializing prior Council action to approve a Long- term Major Encroachment Permit (EP) 25-049 to install the following encroachments within the public right-of-way at 1612 Stratford Way: Replace decomposed granite (“DG”) with grasscrete hardscape material; Install a mountable concrete curb between the roadway and the grasscrete material; Install a six-inch concrete curb adjacent to the property fence line; Relocate walkway pavers Reference: Clerk’s File No. 802-1
