14. Approve Five-Year Contract for Multifunction Printers (Strategic Plan Item 47-IMCIF)\nCITY RECOMMENDATION: 1. Approve the five-year contract with MRC to replace 13 of the\nCity’s existing multifunction printers and add an additional five to cover the rest of the City’s\noffsite divisions in the amount of $55,238.76 per fiscal year; and 2. Approve a supplemental\nappropriation from the Technology Fund in the amount of $16,630.
