10. Approve an agreement with Community SeniorServ Inc., DBA Meals on Wheels Orange County (MOWOC) for MOWOC to utilize a portion of the Brookhurst Community Center, located at 2271 Crescent Avenue, on a shared basis to provide a comprehensive older adults meal program, recreational activities, and other social services support programs for a five year term with two one-year optional renewals; and authorize the Director of Community Services, or designee, to implement and administer the agreement and execute any optional renewals. 5 July 14, 2026
