5. Award Master Agreement Purchase Order MA No. 106‑499234 to Verne’s Plumbing, Inc., in an amount not to exceed $108,125 for the initial one year term with four one-year optional renewals for a total cumulative contract amount not to exceed of $540,625 plus annual renewal increases limited to the change in the applicable Consumer Price Index, to provide as‑needed plumbing repairs and maintenance services at the Anaheim Convention Center; and authorize the Purchasing Agent, or designee, to execute all necessary contractual documents and to exercise renewal options, at the request of the Convention Center, in accordance with Invitation for Bids (IFB) #9894. 4 July 14, 2026
