7. Authorize the Purchasing Agent to issue purchase orders, in a total amount not to exceed $20,876,057 plus applicable taxes, which includes a 20% contingency, for various City vehicles and equipment for Fiscal Year 2026-27; and authorize the Purchasing Agent to issue purchase orders, in an amount not to exceed $2,043,288, for 18 Police patrol vehicles during Fiscal Year 2026-27 “order bank” period that may precede approval of the 2027-28 Fiscal Year vehicle and equipment purchase plan.
