6. Waive the sealed bid requirement of Council Policy 4.0 and authorize the Purchasing Agent to issue a purchase order to ZOLL Medical Corp., in the amount of $181,395 plus applicable tax, for the purchase of portable cardiac monitors/defibrillators, accessories and preventive maintenance for the Anaheim Fire & Rescue Department; and authorize the Purchasing Agent, or designee, to execute all necessary contractual documents.
