9. Amendment No. 1 to the Master Services Agreement with Paymentus Corporation. (500) Recommendation: 1. Approve the Sole Source Justification for Paymentus Corporation (Paymentus) for the provision of electronic bill payment services; 2. Approve Amendment No. 1 to the Master Services Agreement with Paymentus Corporation, to extend the term for one (1) year to continue providing electronic bill payment services; and 3. Authorize the City Manager to execute Amendment No. 1 in a form approved by the City Attorney.
