10. Amendment No. 2 to Professional Services Agreement No. 22-2083 with
Southland Transit, Inc. for the City’s Dial-A-Van Operation and Maintenance
Services. (500)
Recommendation:
1. Approve Amendment No. 2 to Professional Services Agreement No. 22-
2083 with Southland Transit, Inc., to continue providing the City's Dial-A-
Van transit services for Fiscal Year 2026-27 and to exercise the second one
(1)-year extension term, for a not-to-exceed annual amount of $600,000;
and
2. Authorize the City Manager to execute Amendment No. 2, awarding a
second one (1)-year agreement extension in a form approved by the City
Attorney.
