13. Professional Services Agreement for Engineering Services for HSIP Cycle 12 Traffic Signal and Median Island Improvements CIP No. 50128, HSIPL- 5351(049). (500) Recommendation: 1. Award a Professional Services Agreement to TJKM Transportation Consultants, Inc. to provide engineering services for the Highway Safety Improvement Program (HSIP) Cycle 12 Traffic Signal and Median Island Improvements (Project), CIP No. 50128, HSIP-5351(049), for an amount not-to-exceed $319,820 and authorize the City Manager to execute the agreement in a form approved by the City Attorney; and 2. Authorize the City Manager or his designee to process change orders, as- needed, not-to-exceed a contingency amount of $32,000 (approximately 10% of the total contract amount).
