16. Award of Contract to West Coast Arborists, Inc. for Tree Maintenance

Recommendation:
1. Approve a three (3) year contract with a two (2), one-year renewal options
with West Coast Arborists, Inc. (WCA), for tree maintenance services in a
not-to-exceed amount of $1,690,900; and
2. Authorize the City Manager to execute the contract in a form approved by
the City Attorney.
