15. Agreement with Elvis Show Socal for Professional Sound, Stage and Lighting Engineer Contractor for Citywide Special Events. (500) Recommendation: 1. Award a three (3) year with two (2) year renewal option General Services Agreement with Elvis Show SoCal for professional sound and audio engineering services for an annual amount of approximately $102,000, for a not-to-exceed grand total amount of $306,000; and 2.
