14. Professional Services Agreement with Cintas Corporation No. 2 DBA Cintas First Aid and Safety. (500) Recommendation: 1. Approve a Professional Services Agreement with Cintas Corporation No. 2 dba Cintas First Aid and Safety for first aid kit products, automated external defibrillators (AEDs) and the monthly servicing of said defibrillators total not- to-exceed amount of $180,000 for a three-year period; and 2. Authorize the City Manager to execute the agreement in a form approved by the City Attorney, pursuant to the City's cooperative purchasing provisions under the Pico Rivera Municipal Code.
