17. Consider an Agreement with Parking Concepts Inc. (d.b.a. Transportation Concepts) for Operations and Maintenance of Glendora Dial-A-Ride and Public Transit Shuttle Services for an initial term ending June 30, 2031, in the amount not to exceed of $8,751,330 Recommended Action for the City Council: — 1. Award an Agreement to Parking Concepts, Inc. (d.b.a Transportation Concepts) for Operations and Maintenance of Glendora Dial-A-Ride and Public Transit Shuttle Services for an initial term ending June 30, 2031, with an option to extend the term for two additional two year periods, in the amount not to exceed of $8,751,330 during the initial term; and — 2.
