12. Designation of Voting Delegates for the League of California Cities Annual General Assembly
September 23-25, 2026 (Response required by Wednesday, September 25, 2026)
Recommended Action for the City Council:
of California Cities' Annual Business Meeting conducted on Friday, September 25, 2026;
— 2. Designate Councilmember Allawos as the City’s alternate in the event Mayor Pro Tem Davis is unable to
serve in that capacity; and
— 3. Direct the City Clerk to submit the required online “Voting Delegate” form to through the Cal Cities Portal
