11. Notice of Completion for CDGB-Funded Curb Ramp Project FY 2025-2026, Plan No. 1402 Recommended Action for the City Council: — 1. Accept the completion of CDBG Funded Curb Ramp Project FY 2025-2026, Plan No. 1402 by SAVI Construction, Inc.; — 2. Approve the final contract amount of $247,400; — 3. Authorize the Mayor or his designee to sign and file the Notice of Completion with the County of Los Angeles Registrar-Recorder; — 4. Authorize the Public Works Director to release the project retention of $12,370 to SAVI Construction, Inc. 35 days after the recordation of the Notice of Completion; — 5. Authorize the release of the Labor and Materials Bond in the amount of $227,600 six months after recordation of Notice of Completion, if no claims have been received; and — 6. Authorize the release of the Faithful Performance Bond one (1) year following recordation of the Notice of Completion if the improvements remain free from defects in materials and workmanship.
