10.17 OF TITLE 10 OF THE GLENDORA MUNICIPAL CODE REGARDING SKATEBOARDING, ROLLER- SKATING, BICYCLING, ELECTRIC BICYCLES, ELECTRIC SCOOTERS, AND OTHER MOTOR-ASSISTED MOBILITY DEVICES IN CERTAIN DESIGNATED AREAS;" — 2. Direct staff to proceed with implementation efforts, including signage, public outreach, and development of procedures necessary to support enforcement and the educational diversion program; and — 3. Direct the publication of a summary of adopted ordinance pursuant to Govt. Code 36933. 10. Resolution Approving Annexation No. 22-452 to Los Angeles County Sanitation District (LACSD) No. 22 and Accepting Exchange of Property Tax Revenues Resulting from Annexation Recommended Action for the City Council: — 1. Adopt a Joint Resolution entitled, “JOINT RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS OF THE COUNTY OF LOS ANGELES ACTING IN BEHALF OF LOS ANGELES COUNTY GENERAL FUND LOS ANGELES COUNTY CONSOLIDATED FIRE PROTECTION DISTRICT LOS ANGELES COUNTY FLOOD CONTROL THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF COUNTY SANITATION DISTRICT (LACSD) NO. 22 OF LOS MWD – GLENDORA APPROVING AND ACCEPTING NEGOTIATED EXCHANGE OF PROPERTY TAX REVENUES RESULTING FROM ANNEXATION TO COUNTY SANITATION DISTRICT NO. 22 (Annexation No.: 22-433);”and — 2. Direct the City Clerk to send two (2) original Resolutions to LACSD.
