16. Approval of Resolution Authorizing Contract Amendment for RFP No. 010-26 –
Comprehensive Land Use Planning Services
RECOMMENDATION:
That the City Council adopts the next Resolution, in order, to increase compensation
for the Agreement for Professional Services with Kimley-Horn and Associates, Inc.
(KHAI) for the Comprehensive Land Use Planning Services in the not-to-exceed
amount of $210,409 through February 3, 2028.
