CLIPPINGS) FOR THE REDEVELOPMENT AND OPERATION OF THE ARROYO
SECO GOLF COURSE
Recommendation
It is recommended that the City Council:
Arroyo Seco, LLC for the redevelopment and operation of the Arroyo Seco Golf
Course in the final form negotiated by the City Manager and approved by the City
Manager and City Attorney and authorize the City Manager to negotiate the final
terms and provisions of the Lease;
